Research
Research work
In 2023, Christopher Nolan released a groundbreaking film that became the new trend in the film world. This film, known as “Oppenheimer,” provided a new take on biographical dramas. Characterized by its intense story, exceptional cinematography and meticulous attention to historical detail, “Oppenheimer” became a sensation. I watched this film and drew inspiration for my design from certain images from the film. I also used strong colors to emphasize the war theme.
Inspiration
To encapsulate the spirit of Art Nouveau, I assembled a moodboard brimming with visuals that reflect the era's graceful and organic aesthetic. This collection featured elements like sinuous curves, nature-inspired shapes, and detailed floral patterns.

Feedback received
I had received feedback that I used a warplane from WW1 instead of WW2. I had made a mistake in my research. I decided to go to work and change my design to use a WW2 bomber, more specifically the Enola Gay warplane that dropped the first Atomic bom, as we can see in the movie Oppenheimer.
Final Design
Final Animation
Finally, I went on to animate the design to create a bomb effect like in the movie. I wanted the propellers to spin making it look like the Plane was moving. I also wanted a bomb to drop just like in the movie. From my research, and watching the movie, I concluded that when the bomb dropped, people saw a bright white light that blinded them for a few seconds. The people were also counting down until the bomb dropped so I wanted there to also be a countdown followed by the drop of the bomb and then the bright white light.
